If you have had less sleep than needed your skin will most
likely suffer the next morning so here are 7 easy tips to not only look like
your more awake but to actually feel more awake too.
1 - When you first wake up wash
your face with warm water and a facial scrub to remove all the dead skin cells.
Once the skin is clean and all the dirt is removed from the face rinse your
face with cold water to wake up the skin.

2 - Putting teaspoons in the
fridge the night before you go to sleep or in the freezer for 5 minutes in the
morning and then placing those on your eyes well help you feel much more awake
and will reduce the puffiness around your eyes therefore making you seem more
alert.
3 - To add to this, using an eye roll on cream or gel to brighten up the eye area will increase how awake the eye looks as the metal roller cools the area and the cream or gel is formulated to reduce under eye bags.

4 - If your eyes still feel tired
after these steps using awakening or brightening eye drops can instantly
brighten up your face.
5 - Always apply a good moisturiser
to your face to fill in small lines in the face and plump up the skin. Also if
applying make up, put a brightening primer on the face before applying your
foundation. This enhances the skins appearance and makes your skin look much
healthier.

6 - Use a foundation that is
specifically for dry skin to make the skin appear more dewy and fresh. To add
more moisture to the skin apply the foundation with a damp sponge and press the
product into the skin to ensure an even application. Applying a brightening concealer
under the eyes will help hide those under eye circles.
7 - Finally, to make sure your
face looks bright and healthy apply a cream blush to the apple of your cheeks
to give your face some colour and that extra lift.
